Things I'm doing in my business before 31 December

EPISODE 44

Notes

It’s time for a much needed break but 2022 is not over yet - there is a lot you can still do to end the calendar year with a bang and put yourself into an awesome opening position for 2023.

In this episode, I’m sharing with you 5 things that I’ll be doing in my business before 31 December. Making sure the team and I take time off to rest and recuperate, I’ll be getting organised and contacting clients and stakeholders to let them know our plans and ask them what support they need from us.

I'll also be finishing all the courses I've purchased and the training for my continuing professional development that I put on hold for a couple of months. Now is also the perfect time to review my business budget and re-upload the changes to Xero.

The last thing I'm really focusing on doing before going on holidays is reviewing my business cash flow forecast. I share some of the exciting things happening in the business and how this impacts my cash flow, which is why it’s really important I review this.

I hope this episode inspires you to make the most of the next few weeks of 2022 and start the new year off in the best way possible.
