As Xero specialists, this is the platform we use for your bookkeeping. Cloud-based accounting allows us to collaborate with you in real time, wherever you’re located in Australia. You’ll need to set up a Xero account to work with us (we can help you organise this!)

  • Payroll services (including superannuation payments) from $125 per month

  • This might surprise you… ALL businesses (not matter how small or large) need to keep records of their business transactions for 5 years (Source). You’re free to do this in a spreadsheet, but it’s quicker and easier to do with accounting software. We choose and use Xero.

  • Your bookkeeper takes care of recording business transactions in the right place for you so you can:

    1) Meet your record keeping obligations, and

    2) Use your numbers to make informed financial decisions.

    A good bookkeeper will collect Bills from you and attach them to the transactions in your accounting software so that your business records are neat and tidy (and not stuffed in a shoe box).

  • A bookkeeper is in the business trenches with you, day to day, transaction by transaction. They record transactions that give a financial overview of your business, and are there to talk to you when you need them.

    An accountant generally comes in once per year to do your tax return. Or perhaps twice per year to do tax strategy with you. They are far less accessible than a bookkeeper.

  • Our business is to make yours less stressful. That’s why we believe in transparent pricing. Not an unrealistic entry fee topped up with ever-changing add-ons. Our monthly bookkeeping services for Australian conscious and creative businesses start at $570 + GST. You get the same reliable bookkeeping services and pay the same predictable amount month-on-month.

  • Don’t have the budget for our outsourced bookkeeping services just yet? No problem, we can teach you how to do it in Xero for yourself. We charge $170 per hour (plus GST) for training. Just submit an application form and let us know what you’re after.
