How I make more profit through outsourcing

EPISODE 9

Notes

The decision to start outsourcing tasks in your business is a big one. Many business owners have fears and uncertainties around making this shift.

Will the money be worth it?

What if the people I outsource to don’t do a good enough job?

In this episode, I run through the specifics of what I outsource in my business and how I actually make more profit by doing so. The list includes branding, copywriting, my website, expanding my team and how I’ve worked at perfecting the art of delegating.

I share why I chose to outsource these particular aspects of my business, some of the lessons I’ve learned along the way and advice I’ve been given that has really helped me make the mindset shift to stay within my zone of genius.

You can’t run your business alone in the long run. Outsourcing requires a little letting go but if you do it in a way that’s best for you and your business, you’ll make more profit and enjoy your business so much more.
