Building a sustainable business with Kristy Robinson
EPISODE 16
Notes
I have a very special guest joining me today as I discuss building a sustainable business with my coach and friend, Kristy Robinson.
Kristy has helped me through so many business challenges over the last year and a half and I’m excited to share her insights and expertise with you today.
Having founded two businesses herself, Kristy knows firsthand the rollercoaster that is entrepreneurship. Through decades of experience in business ownership, operations, coaching, and leadership, Kristy helps her clients identify their version of success and grow a business their way without the hustle and burnout.
Kristy shares her pearls of wisdom and lessons learned from her first business where she reached a point of burnout and the main challenges she sees business owners facing as they work out how to scale and grow.
I outsource a lot in my business and in this episode, we dive into the fact that you can’t do it alone in business. We talk about how a business coach might be helpful for you, when is the right time to engage a coach, and the importance of finding someone who is the right energetic fit.
We talk about goal setting and why Kristy believes it is essential to running a successful business. This is where working with Kristy has been so powerful for me, creating space on a regular basis to discuss my business with her, set goals, and invite her to challenge me on my thoughts and plans.
